Our products in this category come from Samsung's official refurbishment program for products with damaged or opened packaging. This does NOT include repaired products.

What can you expect?

• Products like new: The product will be in like-new condition, with original packaging, unused or with very few hours of use, and with all essential original accessories for its use. Non-essential accessories are not guaranteed, even if listed in the technical specifications. The packaging will be unsealed, as our technicians have performed a second review to ensure proper functionality and, if there is any aesthetic flaw, report it.
• Guaranteed condition: The product has been reviewed by our technicians to certify that it is in perfect working condition and suitable for sale.
• Warranty: The product warranty is handled directly by Outlet PC through brand-authorized service centers, always using official Samsung parts.
